At Shoes For Crews Europe, we want to ensure your safety and comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your footwear in its original condition within 30 days.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the slip-resistant shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
